Workshop

5-axis CNC machining, paint matched to your colour code, metalwork, bespoke furniture, displays and prototypes.

From cutter to finished piece.

A five-axis machine carves the MUSK’AD emblem into an MDF panel, then the piece is painted in your colour.

Reduced motion: the machining is shown as still images, then a slider compares the machined panel and the painted piece.Your browser can’t display 3D: here are the machining, the painting and the piece as images.

    The raw panel

    A raw 1 000 × 800 × 19 mm MDF panel, clamped to the machine bed.
  2. 02

    Five-axis machining

The head follows the emblem’s toolpath and carves it 6 mm deep. Then it tilts on its A and C axes to cut a 45° chamfer along the edge.
  3. 03

    Finishing

Crisp edges, dust removed: the piece is ready for paint.
  4. 04

    Colour-matched painting

Pick a shade: the workshop paints it to match your colour reference, checked by hand.
  5. 05

    Inspection

Under raking light, the depth of the grooves and the chamfer stand out. The piece’s dimensions are drawn on the plinth, and its spec sheet records them.

Machined, then painted in your colour. Yours starts with a brief. Same panel, same light: drag to compare the machined and the painted piece.

    5-axis CNC machining

Our high-performance CNC machines work on 5 axes: they cut and engrave panels, lettering and patterns.

  2. Colour check: a green painted sample compared with the Pantone swatch and the product packaging.

Paint matched to your colour code

Highly precise paint matched to your colour code. Colour is checked by hand: the painted sample is compared with the swatch book and with your own materials.

    Metalwork

Structures, frames, light rings, perforated panels: the workshop has its own welding and turning-milling teams.

  4. Circular stand with a light ring, dry-assembled in the workshop.

    Rapid prototyping

With our own production facility, we can supply a prototype at short notice. A stand can be dry-assembled in the workshop, to be signed off before it leaves.

  5. Photorealistic 3D modelling

Before anything is built, the proposal is presented to you as a realistic 3D render: you see the project as if it already existed.

    Quality control

Every project goes through a rigorous quality check: colour, construction and quantities are verified by hand, and lighting is switched on and tested in the workshop.
